As I approach my 40th birthday (Jan ‘27), I plan to donate my hair and buzz the rest. I’ve always wanted to shave it all off at some point in my life for a good cause.
Over the years I’ve felt inspired by clients who have had buzz cuts (some willingly, and others unwillingly), and those dealing with hair loss (both from cancer treatments and from alopecia).
It’s wonderful to see the Harry Perkins Comprehensive Cancer Centre in the pipeline. A local, integrative hub that will support Western Australians with the best medical, remedial and allied services have to offer. This is what I consider modern healthcare should be & what I wish my loved ones might have been supported with in their times of trial.
