I'm running to defeat cancer, conquer heart disease and beat diabetes.
This November, I've committed to running 3 kilometres every day for Run for Research - a cause that's deeply personal to me. My grandfather lost his like to prostate cancer, my dad lives with chronic heart disease, and my brother faces the daily challenges of type 1 diabetes.I'm running to honour them - and to support the vital research that's helping find better treatments, earlier detection, and, one day, a cure. Every step I take is for them - and for the millions of families affected by these diseases.
