R4R 30th Run - 30th November 2025
Day 30: Wrapped up the month with a 3.26 kms run. Sundays are usually my rest days and with no hike today, my head was a bit noisy in that first km… thinking about the sore runs, the motivation, the people who backed me, everything in general.
Then out of nowhere, everything just went quiet and even with the music playing, it felt like it faded out and all I could really hear was my own breath. It was one of those rare moments where the run takes over and you’re just in it. Felt like the right way to finish this month ✨
R4R 29th Run - 29th November 2025
Day 29: Clocked 3.10 km shortly after my leg workout. I didn’t think I had it in me today but got it done anyways. It’s kinda hard to believe tomorrow’s the last one so there’s definitely a mix of excitement and a bit of “wow, we’re here already” energy. 😅😅😅R4R 28th Run - 28th November 2025
Day 28: I ran a 3.39 kms after my pull session and had to jump on the treadmill… thanks but no thanks, rain. I'm feeling good tho and honestly I can’t wait to wrap this up on the 30th.
R4R 27th Run - 27th November 2025
Day 27: Ran a 3.18 kms after my push workout. I felt good enough to throw in a little speed burst but got abruptly cut off by an unexpected video call. Still made the run count though.😄
R4R 26th Run - 26th November 2025
Day 26: Got through 3.01 kms on the treadmill after leg workout. Hydration was terrible today but I still got it done. Time to refill the tank before bed.😴R4R 25th Run - 25th November 2025
Day 25: Got through 3.28 kms after a pull workout. Went into it thinking it’d be more of a recovery run but it actually flowed better than I expected. With legs settled in, pace felt honest and it turned into a pretty solid session.
R4R 24th Run - 24th November 2025
Day 24: clocked 3.19 kms after a push workout in a fasted state. The sun was out and doing it’s thing and even though I rolled in a bit tired, I managed to make the most of it. Felt good to soak it al in and get it done. ✅🏃♂️R4R 23rd Run - 23rd November 2025
Day 23: Clocked my 3 kms run today on the treadmill despite being a chill evening.R4R 22nd Run - 22nd November 2025
Day 22: just a usual 3.2 kms run post leg workout. Legs are screaming up at this point while I silence them to hold on as we’re inching closer towards the end of a hopeful beginning ⭐️R4R 21st Run - 21st November 2025
Day 21: Finished off a sweet pull day and then ran a 3.28 kms because pain is temporary and i’m an idiot. My legs are currently filing for divorce 😆🫥☠️R4R 20th Run - 20th November 2025
Smashed a 3.17 kms run right after a push workout. Oddly had this spark to just keep moving, so I leaned into it. Felt steady, felt smooth and honestly I loved this one.❤️R4R 19th Run - 19th November 2025
Day 19: Hit 3.1 km after a solid leg session. The first 400 metres were honestly daunting and I could almost hear my legs begging to call it quits. Instead of giving in, I just eased the pace and kept moving. Turns out they had more in them than they claimed.😅R4R 18th Run - 18th November 2025
Day 18: Just wrapped up my 3km treadmill run after a pull session. Energy was dipping the whole way through, maybe the overcast conditions or maybe I just didn’t rest enough, but I pushed through anyway. It wasn’t the sharpest run yet it still felt good to turn things around and finish strong.R4R 17th Run - 17th November 2025
Day 17: Clocked 3.49 kms right after a push day in a fasted state. Weather was decent but I ended up hopping onto the treadmill instead of heading to the park. Still got it done.😄R4R 16th Run(Walk) - 16th November 2025
Day 16: This time, I walked from Brighton Beach to Point Ormond, Elwood and back with the group today and ended up covering 10.27kms. Such a good and refreshing walk, easy conversations, steady pace and that tiny bit of drizzle at the end made it feel even better.
I realised I’ve hit 98kms so far this month which wasn’t something I expected this early and I’m starting to think I should recalibrate the target… maybe 120, maybe 130. Not sure yet, but it feels like the right time to stretch it a little.
Grateful for the company, the weather and the legs that still show up. 😇
R4R 15th Run - 15th November 2025
Day 15: Clocked 4kms post leg workout and honestly, can’t feel any better now that we’re officially halfway through. Feels good watching each kilometre stack up and actually mean something. 💛🧡R4R 14th Run - 14th November 2025
Day 14: There are good days there are rough days and then there are days that really test you. Still managed to clock 3.45 kms post my pull workout. It honestly hurt to run..that lower belly pinch was no joke but I kept pushing regardless.
I defo need a proper meal and a solid sleep before leg day and tomorrow’s run. Body’s talking and I got to listen.
R4R 13th Run - 13th November 2025
Day 13: Bright and sunny morning here in Melbs as I clocked my 3.63 kms. Skipped the evening post workout run but I’ll anyhow make my push day count later on. The sun’s out and honestly, it feels great! 🌞R4R 12th Run - 12th November 2025
Day 12: The weather played it’s part perfectly, just right for a steady 3.2 kms post leg workout. Felt good to find that balance between effort and ease.R4R 11th Run - 11th November 2025
Day 11: Clocked 3.15 kms post pull day. Couldn’t be more happier especially thinking of those who’ll benefit from the research this run supports. Makes every step feel a bit more meaningful.😄R4R 10th Run - 10th November 2025
Day 10: Clocked 3.42kms on the treadmill post pull day in a fasted state. Melbourne rains had other plans but timing aside, I got it done. Some days are about just showing up anyway.😅R4R 9th Run(Hike) - 9th November 2025
Day 9: I hiked the George Bass Coastal Circuit, Kilcunda, VIC with a big group today. 18.53 kms of ocean views, wild winds and a few surprise rain spells. The breeze was cold but the energy was warm. I got to chat with some great people and share a bit about why I’m doing this and why it matters. 🌊🥾R4R 8th Run - 8th November 2025
Day 8: I ran a 3.33 kms post leg day with no headphones this time. Just my breath, my thoughts and the sound of each step landing right. Felt oddly freeing. I might do this more often 😄
R4R 7th Run - 7th November 2025
Day 7: Clocked 3kms on the treadmill post pull workout. The rain played spoilsport and honestly, I didn’t feel up for it. I am sore, tired not fully recovered. But I reminded myself why I started and that was enough to keep me goingR4R 6th Run - 6th November 2025
Day 6: Clocked 3.58kms nice and easy.R4R 5th Run - 5th November 2025
Day 5: I unknowingly went past the usual 3k and ended up hitting 4k today, right after my leg workout. Maybe all those thoughts running inward just needed a way out but anyways, I felt good to let them. 😄R4R 4th Run - 4th November 2025
Day 4: Had a pull day this morning and by looking at the weather the treadmill felt like a smarter call again. Clocked 3.283kms right after my workout.
Tbh, I would’ve loved to feel the cool breeze outdoors but getting it done still counts.
Effort over Atmosphere. 😅
R4R 3rd Run - 3rd November 2025
Day 3: Couldn’t hit the park today as Melbs skies had other plans.
So after my push day at the gym (and still fasted, as Mondays usually are for me), I jumped onto the treadmill instead and clocked 3.10 kms.
Wasn’t the open-air run I hoped for but sometimes the discipline’s in just showing up..
R4R 2nd Run(Hike) - 2nd November 2025
Day 2: Swapped the running shoes for hiking boots today as I did a 24.19 km through Mornington Peninsula National Park with a few mates.
The temperature touched 33 degrees, the sun was blazing but the spirit stayed steady. Some parts tested patience more than strength but that’s the beauty of it. I guess, showing up in different ways still counts.
Different rhythm, same purpose. Grateful for days like these. ☀️🥾
R4R 1st Run - 1st November 2025
Kicked off my first 3km this evening here in Melbourne after a solid leg day at the gym earlier this morning (so, let's just say... the warm-up was already done 😅).
The run itself felt steady and knowing that so many others are out there running for the same cause adds this quiet, collective energy it’s infectious in the best way.. Feels good to be part of something that carries a purpose beyond just the steps.
Here's to many more runs ahead! ⭐️ 🏃♂️
