I'm running to defeat cancer, conquer heart disease and beat diabetes.
This November I’m running 3km a day to help beat Australia's toughest diseases.I feel very fortunate that I haven’t suffered from any of these diseases myself - yet. However, I recently lost my Dad to cancer and we each know people whose lives could be transformed by the sort of research supported by Perkins.
Your donation will keep me moving and, more importantly, support life-saving medical research at Perkins. This is the third year I’ve done this - but the first that I’m going to attempt to RUN rather than WALK. I know from previous years that doing it EVERY DAY is more challenging than you might think. But daily exercise is also transformative!
